Utilized my knowledge of CMC development plan and clinical supply needs to provide guidance to external manufacturers on how best to leverage resources (equipment time, material, monetary , etc.) to meet both development timelines and clinical supply needs. Developed Long Range Plan (LRP) for phase III programs in preparation for commercial launch. Leveraged LRP to drive Requirements Planning (RP) activities that built capacity throughout the supply chain. Authored Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for critical Supply Chain functions which include planning/ scheduling , inventory management, shipping/ Receiving Led vendor selection activities to identify and start up a new external packaging and distribution supplier. Successfully onboard the selected supplier and provided clinical material to the sites prior to first patient enrollment.
