Projects carried out in Australia, Indonesia and various parts of SE Asia • Working closely with internal departments and subcontractors • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, acting as the key liaison and point of contact on assigned projects between clients, subcontractors and internal departments • Understanding client’s project needs, and communicating with internal teams to ensure their requirements are matched and objectives are satisfied • Building projects in SAP and generating / balancing reports • Scheduling in house technicians and sub-contractors, negotiating time scales, and renegotiating with subcontractors to account for project variances • Ordering all equipment and materials for each project, including processing equipment returns • Coordinating the delivery of installation documents, drawings and equipment to the project site • Creation of purchase orders for third party material and subcontractors • Managing the procurement and verification of project schedules • Attending meetings with national sales managers, senior project coordinators, project administrators and sales consultants to discuss issues / handover requirements relating to specific projects • Creating reports for senior management team members and attending progress meetings • Contacting new and existing clients regarding regular maintenance works to be carried out • Running multiple maintenance jobs simultaneously • Providing quotes and agreeing costs and contract information with clients • Entering maintenance jobs onto SAP as a project, raising sales orders / purchase orders and invoices • Scheduling technicians and liaising with clients to fit works in to shut down periods / off line periods • Monthly financial forecasting activities Show less
