Work was on a new bus depot for the city of Edmonton, over 500,000 square feet. The main things worked on were running EMT and Rigid conduit, constructing pipe racking, connecting devices such as switches, receptacles, heaters, pumps, motors, LED lighting, fans. Also I ran wire to all devices we connected and spliced them into the systems. Finally I as well had the special task of doing all the electrical work in an explosion proof battery storage area. The work project was on a large commercial truck and RV washing building located in Sherwood Park Alberta. I was there from the start to finish of the project where I was involved in practically all aspects of the construction. Alot of weatherproof devices were used with PVC piping and TECK cable. There were many pumps and motors to splice into the system. 600v/347v/240v/120v systems. The work project was on a large commercial truck and RV washing building located in Sherwood Park Alberta. Started my electrical career here and learned the basics of CEC and pipe bending. Mostly all the work was on small commercial projects like new builds of McDonald's, Tim Horton's and other various storefronts.
