During my time with him, Jonathan has been constantly growing on all dimensions. Already when he started his internship it was clear that clean code and well thought out structure is important to him - when progressing to a full-time position he started taking both initiative and ownership on large parts of the codebase and strongly influenced the technical decisions of the team for new product iterations. I was very impressed by the motivation, eagerness to learn and take on new tasks, and diligence in his work. I hope we work together again in the future :-)
