I worked with Jonathan over a period of 10 years where he was both a direct report to me (approx 3 years) and also as a colleague on the same program of work within Payments Transformation at ANZ. In that entire time, I always found Jonathan to have an appetite and thirst for knowledge to continually grow and understand the end-to-end workings of the program he was involved in. This allowed him to comprehend the benefits, customer drivers and the underpinning technology to strongly contribute to positive outcomes.
