As a director of AviaSolutions, I contributed to a range of projects as well as leading the traffic forecasting and airline divisions. My role also included management of the analytical team. I led traffic forecast projects around the world, for airport, airline, government and financial clients. Selected recent projects include: • Long term forecasts in support of aviation policy for a G20 country. • Extensive traffic forecast support for the operator of one of the world's largest new airports. • Traffic due diligence to financial close on some of the largest airport transactions in recent years. Airline studies included "size and shape" strategy reviews, hub studies, route development support, new base analysis and development of business plans. I have also advised clients on airport tariffs, economic regulation, aviation policy and PSO competitions. Show less
