When I last worked with Jonathan I found him to be a very competent Commercial Manager. He was someone who I liked working with, not because he was easy to extract terms from, in fact to the contrary, negotiating terms was difficult, he was a hard negotiator. However, Jonathan was prepared to work with me and to see the bigger picture for our mutual benefit. As a result by working closely together we were able to grow sales at Plastico and I was able to increase my buying income and also consolidate my supplier base. We were able to achieve a Win Win scenario for both companies and really establish a true partnership relationship. If I had to rate his ability in his role I would probably give him a score of 8 out of 10.
