Jonathan supported me and my team during a special project and his leadership and follow thru helped us recover from a major customer issue, it was then a priority for me to bring him into my leadership team where he again excelled to help manage a major project that required multiple levels of complexity and was completed on time with minimal impact to the customer. Dedicated, loyal and trustworthy are his qualities, great employee, leader and sparing partner!!!

In progressively more demanding roles within the sales, supplier management, and operations spaces, I worked closely with many different teams under the IDEMIA umbrella. My time has been split between supplier negotiations and management, sales support, and project management within IDEMIA's operations group. Many of my projects were focused on cost avoidance or cost reduction where I consistently generated significant results by improving areas of inefficiency. The balance of my projects supported our Program team where I worked hand in hand with them on RFP responses and customer deliveries, especially in IDEMIA's Federal and State government programs. o Managed one of IDEMIA’s largest Contract Manufacturers—negotiating costs, production schedules, and coordinating IDEMIA’s internal stakeholders. o Managed multi-team projects to successfully deliver objectives on time and within budget. o Reported financial impacts to executive leadership and partnered on strategies for improvements. o Defined program requirements needed to support Sales in RFP and RFI responses. o Partnered with Product Management extensively on product enhancements to meet client demand or improve manufacturability. o Investigated and recommended cost saving strategies and time efficiency improvements. o Developed and maintained KPIs and Dashboards. o Organized and led customer and supplier visits. o Developed S&OP processes to manage forecasting models for lead-time impacts, consumption, and costs. o Final approver in IDEMIA's Oracle PLM system. o $3M+ annual savings achieved through facility footprint reduction and optimization projects. -Closed a warehouse, two small factories, and a large office. -Expanded two large factories to improve efficiency. o $2M+ in overstock reduction through S&OP actions. o $500k saved in supplier costs negotiations supporting IDEMIA’s largest federal contract. Store Manager

A retail sales management position, where long term success was built on a combination of developing customer relationships, while understanding the value of technical knowledge. The people management skills I developed here support everything else I do now. o Directed sales of luxury items to a broad customer base. o Responsible for day to day operations of the store. o Directed sales efforts to achieve EBITDA and KPIs. o Managed a MRP based inventory system that required direct forecasting efforts on special items and services. o Vetted local suppliers and negotiated service agreements. o Kept inventory accuracy within a quarter-percentage point. o Exceeded annual sales plan every year. o Presidents Club (personally accounted for more than 25% of the store's annual sales).
