  Currently I am an intern within Cardiff Metropolitan University aiming to gain as much knowledge on how to coach strength and conditioning to a variety of different people, ages and backgrounds. By taking part in the sessions with in the Youth Performance Development centre, it allows me to understand how you must tailor your coaching to all types of people and how to overcome certain challenges in regards to making athletes better. I have been able to sit in on multiple meetings of how the sessions will be run and the organisation of the programmes for certain sports that I have never been a part of giving me the ability to not just stay in one sport for my career but explore different avenues.
