I am very thankful for the time I worked with Jon over the past several years. Jon is exceptionally gifted in so many ways, as was evident to me while watching him wear a variety of hats. Ecommerce requires so much specialized knowledge and expertise, and Jon did a great job soaking up knowledge, honing his skills -- and constantly doing everything in his power to improve how Sellry delivered for customers. As a people person, Jon's highly attuned to the feelings of others. Being highly creative, he has a strong and well developed sense for visuals (all important in ecommerce). Add to this a strong awareness of the zeitgeist when it comes to social media / brand / other trends, and Jon is one of the people I'm most likely to consult when it comes to "what will work" for young emerging markets. I only regret that we haven't had more time to work together to see what the future can look like for such brands, and at the same time I'm eager to follow Jon's career as whatever he does next will absolutely be fascinating. I strongly recommend Jon for a role which will provide engaging problems to solve (especially creative ones), clear and consistent direction in how to go about this, and meaningful personal interactions.

I met Jonathan Miller when he was working as a QA Tester Analyst on my team. During his time on my team, he was a vital team player in the development of multiple projects. He always had a keen eye for finding bugs; and making suggestions for improvement in apps, websites and internal processes. He responsibly follows the tasks until they are finished, working proactively and adding value with his own proposals. It was a pleasure to work with him because he is a highly considerate, intelligent, and a very capable team member. After his time on my team, I watched his career development as he moved into the role of project manager. He quickly developed into a competitive PM.
