To me Johnnyfish was the face of Sysco's fresh seafood program. He was always there to answer everyone's questions, update us on market conditions and trained us in the art of selling seafood. He created our flyers, sent out our dailly availability and he was our expert in the field. We bonded because of our backgrounds and our love of the industry. As I took on Sysco Long Island's fresh seafood program Johnny was there for me. He mentored me and we created a program with double diget sales growth. When you realize that we were only one of the many Sysco branches that he worked with, it's even more amazing. He is an incredible leader and will be a real asset.
