  I have always had a keen interest in property working initially for a general practice of surveyors within the Rutland and Leicestershire area. Three years later moving on to work for a local independent estate agent specialising in the sale of Land and New homes. Although gaining valuable experience in both roles, I always had aspirations of one day owning my own property related business and in August 2013 the dream became a reality, when I became a Nicholas Humphreys franchisee. After successfully launching my first franchise from a cold start, I was already thinking about securing my second. Just 3 months after launching my first, I secured my second, only this time with my business partner Dan Strain. Over the next 12 to 18 months our business would continue to go from strength to strength, to the point whereby we now own 4 franchises and have currently let to over 1600 students for the next academic year from our Nottingham office. Further expansion would see us open our new Manchester office in the summer of 2016, this being located on the Main High Street in the heart of Fallowfield. Off the back of our continuing success we were announced as the proud winners of the Nicholas Humphreys 'Franchisees of the year 2015!' We're actively involved in the day to day running of the business, helping to ensure all new and existing clients continue to receive the best possible advice and service they need in order to be successful in property, now and in the future.
