We met Jonathan initially through a 1-month contract, he quickly made himself an indispensable part of the team. Not only through his exceptional work ethic but through his ability to connect people. We couldn't lose such a talent and quickly extended his contract, first 3 months, then 6, then a year. I'm constantly searching for a new project to get Jonathan back in for, I think that speaks volumes for the kind of talent he is. There was no challenge too big or small, he made everyone from account service to the PM's feel welcomed and that their work would be completed on time and usually ahead of schedule. We see loads of people write Senior Full Stack on their CV's these days, but Jonathan is one of the very few that can actually claim this title. The dev team learnt a lot during his time with us, as he lead some of our most important projects. Not only that, but he also got everyone out playing Basketball at lunchtimes, mountain biking on the weekends, and even snowboarding. Working with ad agencies requires a slightly different type of discipline. It requires a good understanding of when to break the rules and when to adhere to best practice.
