      I was the one man crew that designed, engineered, wired, programmed, and administrated the SCADA upgrade of the 18 million gallon per day North Shore Water Commission's surface water plant. As an in-house resource I was familiar with the process and was able to keep process interruptions near zero. Maintain and upgrade all aspects of the plant technology including: Allen Bradley Compact Logix PLC / and Bristol Babcock RTUs. Install and program PLCs to meet plant needs. Create and update HMI screens for Open Enterprise, PanelView Plus, and Parker Automation devices. Manage LAN, WAN, and VPN connections. Upgrade SCADA system from Bristol Babcock 3300 series to current generation of Controlwave Micro RTUs and Allen Bradley Compact Logix.
