Johnny was a first rate colleague. He is an investment professional with a passion for the markets and a deep understanding of what moves prices. He was always firmly focused on delivering a great service to clients. He thinks differently from the consensus, and this is one of the many factors which sets him apart. The successful launch of a new fund for a large client was the highlight of our period working together.

I first met Jonny when he joined Anderson Strathern Asset Management in 2012 and it became apparent quickly that he was a very intelligent young man, driven and at the time, powering through the CFA qualification. He is always keen to challenge the status quo and offered genuinely interesting ideas to help improve what was at that time, a young burgeoning business. His knowledge and passion on all things investment is clear and I very much enjoy having him in my network. Aside from his professionalism, he is an extremely nice person to be around and enjoyable to spend time with whether in or out of the office.
