  As a leader of Internal Audit Team, reporting to Audit Committee,strengthening and negotiating hand of the board of Director. Responsible for issuing the reports and opinion over the Internal Control in Kot aligned with the PEMEX structure as parent company. Conducting the Compliance evaluation of SOX. Support the Regulatory review for the External Auditors and the design and performance of the internal audit program based on COSO methodology and Risk evaluations. Know-how for the process owners focused on implementation of self-evaluation models, development of tools for continuous monitoring in critical processes and follow up cases filed through the hot line related of deviations in code of ethic, special investigations of forensic practice and continuous improvement.
