I worked both the Conservatory Summer Intensive (CSI), an institute for advanced high school students interested in pursuing music in college, as well as the elementary/middle school band camp. During this time, I ran sectionals with clarinet students in both camps, monitored student activity on floors at night, and served as a role model and leader for students. In addition, I had the opportunity to lead portions of rehearsal with the CSI Wind Ensemble, and conduct on their concert.
