I started out as a salesperson, but due to my technical and creative skills was offered an opportunity to try something new. At Oakwood my job had several responsibilities. With new homes I scheduled contractors and inspections. I also obtained all needed documents from the county, such as Certificate of Occupancy. I traveled to these homes and performed a walk through to ensure quality product is delivered to the customer.
