I recently completely CASAC classroom training and started working at arms acres as a Case manager in an inpatient rehab facility. Daily work includes managing case loads, 1 on 1 talk therapy, group sessions, facilitating appointments, coordinating after care. Completing BPSA's as well as thorough treatment plans. I use my creative background to help as many people as possible. I'm very passionate about my career and being of service to clients however needed. Mountain Operations Manager

 Lead a small team in executing daily mountain operations including staffing, trail and life maintenance  Installed energy saving snow making system, including snow guns and plumbing system  Designed marketing materials including interactive maps and signage for both ski and mountain bike trails, event promotions and displays  Serviced and repaired ski lifts to ensure continuous service year-round.  Attended Lift Mechanic School yearly to continually improve knowledge of industry standards and practices.  Designed yearly brochure for both summer and winter packets increasing traffic to the mountain by 10% annually. Design also included an interactive GPS map to make for a seamless and effective experience for guests  Developed, designed and marketed successful winter “rail jam” and “big air competition”, bringing in a higher volume of participants than previous years.  Designed and built top rated PRO GRT downhill mountain bike racecourse  Operated heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, track loaders and snow machines.

 Responsible for working 1 on 1 with clients to create banners, billboards, vehicle wraps, brochures, point of purchase displays and other marketing materials from concept to completion  Obtained expert intimate knowledge of all in house production equipment including format 4C + White printers, digital routers, laser plotters, and C-prints in order to more effectively manage the process  Efficiently color corrected client artwork to match desired corporate colors on a variety of materials from glass, wood, fabric, vinyl, plastics and cardboard to ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliverance of materials  Developed monthly newsletters sent out via-email to current and prospective clients which increased digital imprint and projected volume by 20% on an annual basis.
