Every creative organization needs a Johnathan. Period. He is a wildcard, and he fills in the blanks for any group he is a part of. Even in a field filled to brim of 'creatives', Johnathan's unbridled, almost child-like sense of imagination and excitement stands out. His energy is completely infectious. He attacks strategic, tactical, and design problems not just out of the box, but from outer space, bringing solutions that far exceed expectations. Creativity is fantastic, but useless without solid footing in core design skills. This is what really sets Johnathan apart. Not only can he come up with amazing ideas with no hesitation, he's got the chops in the important tools to bring those ideas to life, including using his amazing illustration skills, in a budget-conscious time frame. Johnathan comes very recommended by me and I'd be glad to have him on any team I lead, and if you're smart you would be too.
