  Provide PMC Process Safety performance data and reports to PMC Management and Owner. Review, ensure quality and accuracy of EPC Contractor(TECNIMONT)´s Process Safety Engineering deliverables including philosophies, data sheets, P&IDs, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, PSSR, QRA, Hazardous Area Classifications, Firefighting Systems, BOW-TIEs, Emergency Response Procedures. Ensure, coordinate and supervise the Process Safety Engineering aspects, objectives and targets of the Borouge 4-XLPE-2 project are met. Safe delivery and handover of the Project to the Owner, sustainably, safely, on time, within budget, ensuring that a quality product is produced that represents ‘best value’ for the Owner and their Stakeholders. Coordinate and supervise the Loss Prevention engineering aspects of the Project to ensure the technical objectives are met within the approved scope, budget, and schedule.
