Bio
Kaori Enomoto
Jonathan was in my production team specifically assigned one of the hardest and high visibility project. With his technical skills, keen eyes on what he needed to deliver, and willingness of helping program and others, he became critical contributor quickly. He continued to learn deeper about program and tasks he was assigned and started to automate several manual steps for better productivity. I managed many Engineers til present and he is one of the best ones. He posses big potential in any Engineering field based on my experience and what he showed at PayPal.
Duong Nguyen
I personally trained Jonathan during his time at PayPal as a Production Operations Engineer. He is a quick learner and completed his work efficiently (with high quality) and always ahead of schedule with very minimal supervision. He is self-driven and consistently looked for new ways to improve processes. Jonathan didn't have much localization or corporate experience, but he quickly adapted to the environment pre and post COVID-19 with maturity and with a high level of responsibility. If I had the chance to work with Jonathan again, I would do so without hesitation. He was a great asset to PayPal during the time he was there and any company that is lucky to have him will not be disappointed. He is a rare breed of engineer that is calm, collected, and self-motivated to solve problems.
