Working as a technical BA and as a Scrum Master at Morgan Stanley, I developed the processes and rollout of the BigID data discovery tool and supported a cataloguing tooling team working on Collibra. The greatest data and technology challenges of today cant be solved with carbon copy consultants or homogeneous thought. I was employed in a newly established role of media and marketing co-ordinator for the Eco Group, responsible for the 5 restaurants within the group reporting directly to the owners. My position formed part of the head office team. Monitoring internet presence and activity, providing feedback and preparing weekly summaries for individual restaurants for discussions and strategic decisions at head office meetings. Respond directly to any complaints after sourcing the necessary information from the restaurant managers and staff. Ensured that the web sites for each restaurant showed accurate and up to date information; liaising with the web design company to make changes as necessary. Contributed regularly to maintain a strong social media presence through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and several restaurant review websites encouraging the restaurant staff to take photographs and promoting the work of those who showed competence.
