Working with Jonathan has been a privilege. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, but rather than being set in his ways, he is very open to new ideas and a good discussion on how to resolve an issue. This focus on continuous improvement has made him an extraordinary Product Manager. Jonathan has an innate ability to keep a team focused on delivering a quality product through clear prioritizations and will enthusiastically engage both customer and internal stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clear and well-defined. His communication style is open and effortless with a healthy dose of humour, which allows him to build strong interpersonal relationships to the benefit of everyone involved. I was lucky enough to have Jonathan as part of my team at Slice Labs for more than a year and was always impressed by his ability to get things done, to get the team focused and working on the right priorities, and above all, how he was able to motivate everyone with his contagious positive attitude.
