In Operations, I helped bring on a new OSS and Billing platform, make major technical changes to the network, and optimize the Customer Service processes and language to ensure a high-quality customer experience. In Compliance and Regulatory, I managed projects to secure over $30 million in grant funding. This included pooling resources and engineering to apply for grants through the FCC, NTIA, and the Arkansas Broadband Office. I also manage the process for enrollment in ACP and Lifeline. In Marketing, I managed market expansions in new areas. This includes generating content schedules and quarterly marketing KPIs, as well as finding new and interesting ways to reach out to potential customers. I also created pricing strategies for ineternet service and adopted new products to offer to customers. My diverse range of responsibilities has allowed me to gain a wide-ranging knowlege of the telecommunications industry, as well as gain skills in Project Management, Strategic Planning, and KPI-focued management.
