Manager and Head Coach of the Under 14’s New England areas top Youth Academy for Football and development. Manager/Head Coach

Started as Assistant Coach in 2021 and was promoted as interim Manager in 2022 following the termination of previous Manager. The club had a recent history of battling for 4th or 5th in the league but at the start of the 2022 season had only 3 points after 7 games. Following my promotion to 1st team Manager the club picked up 21 points in 13 games finishing in 4th place.
