Jojo was the type of guy you'd love to get into a debate with. He's always been passionate with his ideas and very animated with his arguments. What truly separates him from the rest is that at the end of the day, despite the debate, both of you would come out of it a lot wiser and have picked up a thing or 2. The result of the debate is usually a compromise that's not only beneficial to both parties, but always a winning scenario for the business unit. During the opportunity I had to work with him, he has always been my mentor, and continues to do so. He will always be one of the colleagues I've had that I will always treasure as a mentor and an inifite source of knowledge for me to apply in my own day to day responsibilities.

I had the most awesome privilege of working with Jojo back in 2005. I was a young manager - raw and relatively inexperienced for the post. Jojo graciously took me under his wings and mentored me. I was immediately impressed with his extensive knowledge in call center operations. His leadership presence and people skills are also something that many including myself admired. What makes Jojo special however, is that, with all the years of experience and accomplishments, he remains to be a man of character, very much grounded on sound principles. Jojo is both a Great leader and a Great friend.
