  I am responsible for instructing and implementing wellness lessons for high school students in effort to promote long-term healthy lifestyles. The physical element of the course will focus on cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, body composition awareness, and nutrition. The social and mental elements of the course will focus on healthy responsibilities to reduce risk of heart disease and other preventable diseases, stress relief exercises, anatomy of the body, and how to cooperatively function with others for a common goal.
