Having worked closely with Jonny for the best part of 5 years and I am well placed to recommend his abilities as both a sales account manager and a sales leader. From early in his Micro Focus career it was obvious Jonny was going to be a success as he was always prepared to go the extra mile for both his customers and his colleagues. Jonny was very ambitious from day 1 and it was clear he was going to become a sales manager or sales coach sooner rather than later. Jonny was an excellent sales professional regularly overachieving in a tough sales environment but what set him apart was he always had an active interest in coaching, marketing, leadership and started many initiatives to constantly improve himself and the people he worked with.
