  I had the privilege of serving the members of the worship ministry at Orlando Baptist Church and helping lead our congregation in worship of Jesus I collaborated with my worship pastor to plan, rehearse, and direct the Worship Choir, Generations male quartet, and the Audience of One ladies' ensemble. This included choosing and organizing music, scheduling soloists and songs, coordinating with the choir section leaders, leading Wednesday night choir practice, but most importantly building relationships with those that are a part of the ministry. It is also my privilege to sing with the praise team on a weekly basis and occasionally led our worship services. Finally, I was responsible for coordinating the professional recording of the choir's latest album, "I AM". We also hosted a live event for the release of the album where the choir sang several of the songs accompanied by a live orchestra. Show less

  As one of the founders and executive directors of Central Florida Community Arts non-profit organization, I helped build a choir of 200 singers and orchestra of 60 players that put on large scale productions and performed in the community on a regular basis. This included business planning, grassroots marketing, member recruitment and retention, weekly rehearsals, production planning, website maintenance, management of a volunteer staff. It was an amazing experience leading CFCArts and I still remain on the Board of Directors today. Unfortunately, I had to leave in order to go back to school to study music ministry, which is where I feel God leading me. Show less

  I worked part-time at FBCWS and was responsible for leading worship on weekly basis and directing the choir. Worship planning/leading involved choosing music, rehearsing with my pianist, and leading Sunday morning and Sunday evening worship services. Both the pastor's and my vision included a wide arrangement of music from old hymns to Contemporary Christian Music. I was also responsible for choosing music for, rehearsing, and directing the choir at the church. This included weekly choir specials and separate holiday concerts. I felt the Lord calling me to go back to school full-time so I left FBCWS in order to do so. Show less
