Handled all sales functions for RigMinder, Inc., and acted as the only field representative for the company. RigMinder is a “smaller” company, when compared to its competitors, and has been in operation since 2007. RigMinder has an office and production facility in The Woodlands, TX, and employs thirteen people. It is a technology based company that predominantly provides an Electronic Drilling Recorder (EDR) system to drilling contractors and rig operators in the oil and gas industry, as well as other turnkey solutions for drilling rig sites, and some patented software solution products. • Bulk of client base, and potential customers, are located in Houston, TX; but territory was borderless: the entire globe. • From April 2013 – December 2013, generated sales of $1.65M, including closing the deal on four systems to what is currently RigMinder’s largest customer. • Gross sales revenue in 2014 was $2.34M. • Collected a Purchase Order for $273K from another new customer in early 2015, but the order was put on-hold / pending, due to industry slow-down. Managed a 12 state territory in the southeastern United States, as an outside sales representative/territory manager. ARC is a twenty-eight year old, nationwide company that produces and refurbishes machine rollers, predominantly for the flexographic box and paper printing industry, corrugated manufacturing facilities, consumer bag, and also “tag & label” businesses. • Responsible for handling, growing, and maintaining a $1.48M annual customer base (2009). Have grown the region to $2.3M annually (2011/2012). • In 2009, signed/added 32 new customers in region, three of which generated $30K+ in 2009, and one that generated over $60K. • Territory was re-aligned, in 2010, brought in 22 more new customers, several over $20K per year gross revenue potential. • For 2011, was given additional responsibilities in Texas (SE portion of the state), and captured 3 new customers, and $24K in orders in January alone from new customers signed in the area. Ropak manufactures rigid plastic packaging, with customers ranging from food suppliers and pharmaceutical companies to industrial products suppliers (metals, paints, adhesives, lubricants, etc.). • Inherited a “book of business” in 2000 of approx. $1.5M per year out of the Carolinas. • Was asked by Ropak to take an extended territory at end of 2003…then the area was expanded to six-states and over $7.3 million in 2006.
