      In my role as Reading Development Consultant, I work very closely with schools across the North East, Midlands and London to ensure their pupils are strong, confident readers. That way, they take lots away from a text and can act upon what they've read.I love those 'eureka moments' where pupils discover that they can be successful in reading. At Reading Solutions UK, we support nearly one thousand schools in the UK, including two of the five largest academy trusts, with their reading development through our online programme, Reading Plus. Our main objective is to increase children's life chances by providing the skills needed to read well and with understanding. We also help change the culture in schools to accept high-quality Edtech solutions in the classroom. The research underpinning Reading Plus and the pedagogical support we provide is unique in our market. We work closely with schools to implement the programme, train staff, and provide ongoing support to ensure that rollout is efficient, seamless, and sustainable.
