ImI have had the pleasure of working with Jon at Peet’s coffee for several years. What I admire the most about Jon is his positive energy and go-getter spirit. Jon is a leader amongst our Store Manager team and is always the first to raise his hand to support another store even if it’s inconvenient. Jon is known for his passion when it comes to training new hires, he pours everything into the talent he sources for the organization. Jon is loyal, hardworking and adored by the leadership team down to the baristas. Anyone that’s looking for a brand champion that cares about people as much as the business will be lucky to have Jon join their organization.

Jon consistently shows a sincere interest in employees and the solutions to their problem, continues to be a presence to the entire Tri-Valley Management Team. He lends support and guidance to employees by traveling to meet their needs. Jon uses sound coaching techniques to solve disciplinary problems, as shown when training and working at different locations. He is highly respected by employees for sharing concerns, problems, and opportunities within each store he visits, and works at. Thank you for all you do for Peets Jon.
