EJDFood Sci Project Horizon 2020 www.ejdfoodsci.eu Topic: Evaluation of innovative raw materials suitable for malting and brewing Goals: 1. Exploring the potential of innovative raw materials to produce malt and wort suitable for obtaining high quality, flavour stable beer, together with the impact on the process. 2. Understanding the fate of metal ions during the modified malting and brewhouse processes both in reference malt worts, as well as for the innovative malts. 3. Providing the breeders and maltsers with a very detailed source of knowledge, allowing for a wider choice of raw materials, with a lower business risk associated with application of new (unknown and not well-documented) raw materials and adjuncts. Extremely happy helping to set up a totally new brewery in Krakow. Being there from day 0 to the first finished beers; deciding on inventory; making the brewing recipes and having awesome colleagues!

    • Co Manager of a music venue/craft beer bar
      • Apr 2019 - Oct 2020

Co Managing a music venue/craft beer bar. Klub Buda was always under the purview of Kraków's University of Agriculture, and its rich history dates back to the 1950s, peaking in the 70s during the residency of the legendary Kabaret Pod Budą. Me and two friends were relaunching the venue as the clubhouse of Kraków School of Brewing (KSB) - a blend of student bar and craft beer pub as well as the exclusive distribution point of BGH beers. Frequent social events were hold, including karaoke, English Quiz Nights, open mic, jam sessions and concerts. Show less
