We live in strange times where some trades are flourishing and other trades are going under. When I worked at YA! I got the opportunity to learn how to motivate people to never give up in their quest for a job opportunity. As a teacher you learn at least as much from your students as you teach them. This was certainly the case during my time at YA! I got over some of my own doubts about my skills as a teacher, when I lectured students using the Finnish languages.
