As Project Manager I am responsible for delivering a customized attack alarm solution and a solution for Patient call, for the employees and patiens, at the new Aarhus Universitetshospital in Skejby. The overall solution consists of three sub solutions for the different departments on the hospital. Key facts:- The solution covers all 500.000 square meters of the hospital.- The solution is intended to be used by up to 10.000 employees when fully commissioned. - The solution consists of nummerous third party integrations, including integrations with 3rd part suppliers as well as customer integrations.- The project must follow the commissioning plan of the overall hospital expansion.The overall value creation, which this project seeks to enable, is to provide staff safety for the many employees at the hospital. I did my master thesis with the title "The role of DONG Energy in the transition towards a circular economy". The aim of the thesis was to develop business models for DONG Energy from which they can exploit business opportunities in the transition towards a circular economy from a sociotechnical perspective. The analysis method was based on an oppportunity-driven, strategic gap-analysis. On basis of this analysis the conceptual economic growth model of todays economy was initially criticized, followed by a conceptual presentation of a desired vision for the Danish economy. In addition to establishment of a desired vision of a circular economy, the current state of Danish economy was described, with emphasis on describing the mechanisms between the energy-, the production- and the waste industry in such a transition. The gap analysis provided the foundation for describing the organizational changing needs on basis of which the business models was developed. Show less
