  Setting up two ventures in the early days of the vape industry: one project focusing on the production of e-liquids and another aiming to gain traction in the traditional retail channels with the new vape category. Together with Vaporshop, the number 1 vape retailer in Belgium, Real Tobacco took a first step into new generation tobacco products. Commuting between Veurne, Antwerp and Mouscron, in the first months the focus was on:- Setting up a business case and getting funds;- Establish Real Liquid (production) and Real Vapor (wholesale);- Finding the right people (1 production responsible + 1 sales responsible).From June, 2017 within Real Liquid:- Set up the foodgrade production area (first in BE);- Make-or-buy analysis for disruptive 10ml brand ("Dewy's") at value-for-money pricing;- Create brand identities and B2B marketing tools;- Designing CLP- and tobacco directives-compliant packaging;- Setting up the value chain for different types of products and different types of markets (convenience, OOH, petrol...). From May, 2017 within Real Vapor:- Setting up an online B2B-platform;- Pitching to wholesale partners and creating a route-to-market with added value for the entire chain; - Defining KPI's for both the company and sales representative;- Organizing corporate identity (online presence, exhibitions...).Currently an advisory role. Handover in October, 2018.

  Installing and managing the office of a travel retailer's branch during and after a transformative rework. Aiming to grow from a shop into a shopping experience, we tripled the retail surface and installed a restaurant, giving our traveling customers a place where they can repose. The transformation included:- A new approach for the daily administration and the monthly preparation for the bookkeepers;- Restarting our database of goods from scratch;- Reinventing and scaling the structures for the multi-currency cash-management;- Installing a follow-up method for the new white cash register;- Preparing the HR-policies and schedules.
