  vinylOS is an alternative controller game console and media art installation based on a DJ turntable. The turntable is transformed into a screen by projecting onto it from above.   "Basically it’s like this food you pick by the number without knowing what it exactly is. Except that it’s no meal, but a party. A party where koalas would be, if they were going out." A late night visit at A++ and Agent Well's club "SWEET HEAT" won't leave you wondering that those two are doing something right: A euphoric crowd, smart but danceable music, a packed but friendly atmosphere and a charming location: Vienna's Bar brut deluxe. Starting mid 2010 those monthly events have been gathering an ever growing public and helped building the Brut's popularity as not only Vienna's most prolific off-stage theatre, but also a great party location. This has been achieved by their ability to play the right sound at the right moment and gently push the party to it's limits. Help came from regular guest DJ appearances (salute, Philipp l'Heritier (FM4), Kid Soylent (The Gap), ...) and their taste for new fresh electronic music they sometimes humorously refer to as blings. Going back a long time the duo simpatico has been performing in many locations: Angewandte, Pratersauna (as support for Nicolas Jaar), MAK, Hetzendorf fashion show and numerous bars and venues across town.
