I went to Le Cordon Bleu London last year. I toured the school and saw the classrooms and studios. The tour was professional. Jonaldo quickly and thoroughly discussed the rules of the school, talked about the majors, culinary courses. He bragged about the skills of students and graduates. We had a good conversation.

Jonaldo is probably one of the most effective professionals to work with I have ever met in my life. He understands complicated matters even when outside of his direct area of expertise. For Jonaldo the job is always the most important thing to do. Jonaldo is a organized and customer-service oriented perfectionist, has no problem to work hard when necessary. Whenever I had a problem, there has never been a time he has left me without a solution. Jonaldo will find a way to weather any storm with a smile. He learns quickly and I would have no hesitation in working with Jonaldo again in the future.
