  Jonah plays a leading role in driving forward the thought-leadership that Climate XChange provides to stakeholders across the United States. To serve this purpose, Jonah authors interdisciplinary cutting-edge research on climate policy and provides technical guidance to state decisionmakers and campaign leaders.Jonah has authored a wide array of research spanning topics of green stimulus, job creation, public health, carbon pricing, equity and environmental justice, and more. He also has authored multiple state climate bills and regularly advises campaigns on legislative design and climate governance. Jonah also acts as Climate XChange's in-house expert on regional market mechanisms such as the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI), Western Climate Initiative (WCI), and Transportation and Climate Initiative (TCI).Most recently, Jonah is spearheading Climate XChange's Build Back Better initiative, and has co-authored peer-reviewed quantitative research on the jobs, health, and climate potential from a green recovery in Washington State.
