The Advisory Board of the Engineering Society of Queen's University advises the society's nine services and corporate initiatives and is responsible for overseeing the strategic plan and budget generation. As Chair of the Board, I lead biweekly meetings and facilitate thoughtful goal-planning among the Board’s three subcommittees: Finance and Audit, Strategic Planning, Policy.

Founded new committee to address decline in student engagement over recent years. Chair the committee to enact meaningful change in the engineering society. Projects include: Creation of new society logo, student lounge renewal, visual identity and social media standardization, improved communication streams, student opinion gathering via focus groups.
