I met Jonah Evans during the inception of Neutral Ground, the rockstar company he founded and what would become an incubator for unbelievably impactful work. His unmatched ability to lead with integrity and empathy coupled with his intellect and infectious energy are just a few of the characteristics that make him an exemplary leader. I witnessed first hand as he welcomed challenges with grace and churned solutions effortlessly, all while being the first to cheer on the successes of others. I have cherished his guidance and encouragement greatly. You truly could not ask for a better suited human to lead your team.

Jonah is a rockstar facilitator who can bring order, calm, process, and high levels of engagement to any situation. He is adept at getting teams fired up and capturing and distilling the insights they create; guiding without dominating the conversation. This is a rare skill set that can bring about tremendous change and clear outcomes. He also cares deeply about New Orleans, startups and the potential to create a vibrant tech-forward ecosystem in the city he chooses to call home. He brings a giving spirit and clear passion for his work. Jonah and theDifference supported The Idea Village in creating our first 48hr Launch focused on Web3 and has helped us relaunch this brand post-covid. I can't thank Jonah enough and look forward to working with him and his team on our next project.

Neutral Ground is a studio that designs and produces innovative programs and workshops to improve organizational culture. Neutral Ground helps companies, governments and college campuses spark authentic, engaging and actionable conversations around identity, resilience, and community. A few of my favorite projects from the past year: • Polio Eradication in Pakistan. Facilitated a workshop for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in Karachi, Pakistan that brought together a diverse group of stakeholders to develop the plan to eradicate polio in the hardest to reach districts of Karachi. • AFWERX Space Challenge: The Final Frontier. Facilitated a two-day workshop for the U.S. Space Force and 130 rocket scientists to revolutionize how the space ecosystem works, dismantle the walls between sectors and solve some of the toughest challenges that the new Space Force faces through innovation and collaboration. • Combat Loneliness on College Campuses: Since the COVID turned the world upside down, colleges have been struggling to create a sense of belonging on campus. .Through The Piece Project, which Neutral Ground co-founded, we have been delivering experiential virtual programs that inspire connection and strengthen communities for hundreds of students.
