  Since I was 14, I have worked at Sam Ash Music, a 94-year-old family business in Long Island, New York. As a fourth-generation family member, I have learned the family business from the ground up, initially working in lower positions such as a greeter and in the stock room, later taking on more experience positions such as being a sales associate and working in the corporate offices pursuing marketing and research.
