* Regularly generated the daily and hourly site performance and availability reports of over 2000 Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) using MAPS (MTN Advanced Performance System) and Microsoft Excel, ensuring that they are sent on time to all relevant persons. * Participated in weekly review meetings with MTN Nigeria’s equipment vendors (Huawei, I.H.S and Nokia) where important issues affecting network operations within the region were regularly discussed. * Regularly involved in routine spot checks across Base Transceiver Stations within the region alongside field support engineer, ensuring the sites are being maintained with the highest standards. * Worked alongside Operations and Maintenance Engineers in tracking, monitoring and resolving faults at the OMC (Operations and Maintenance Center) using element manager and approved processes to ensure minimum downtime of all OMC equipment. * Implemented transmission links within the Operations and Maintenance Center (OMC) alongside transmission engineers as assigned by the transmission access planning department. * Worked alongside Transmission Engineers in making 3 sites IP ready for migration from TDMA (Time Division Multiple Access) to IP (Internet Protocol). * Learned how to carry out Remote Monitoring of active Transmission Links using SOEM (Service on Element Manager). * Participated in MTN Nigeria turn it up video challenge for staff and was among the top three winners. * Participated in MTN Nigeria fraud awareness campaign organized by the Internal Audit and Fraud division and Non-Commercial 5G Demonstration in Kano Switch.
