My role includes reporting regularly to the corporation's Board of Directors on all financial matters and participating in Board level corporate strategy planning. I am responsible for development of pricing models and strategies, develop strategies for pricing and position of new products. I work cooperatively with other executives to develop new market strategies and opportunities. As part of my role I am responsible for curating the business continuity plan, including employee retention strategies and high level succession planning.
