During the operation of this company, I have worked with full IT solutions for small and medium-sized companies as well as other project based assignments. Although the main focus has been from the beginning IBMi (AS400) based systems with setup, configuration and operation, of accounting and production systems, my assignments have developed into a larger palette of systems. Recently, I have focused mainly on setting up Windows services; Exchange mail servers, SQL servers and SharePoint solutions. A large part of the assignments has concerned programming of integrations and worked extensively with overall solutions for companies regarding security issues when it comes to firewalls and L3 switches. Since many of the companies I have worked with have had old systems that have been needed in some cases to be replaced, because of larger system limitations, or needed to be integrated with other systems, the assignments have often grown and for many companies I have had the main responsibility for their overall IT needs, with everything that it consists of. The companies have assisted with more modern solutions that covers today's market needs and when they have come into balance I have often trained some internally to operate the systems and have been available later only for more challenging tasks and support. I had overall IT responsibility for Sweden and Finland, but I also supported Denmark with support and strategy. Four employees. The focus was on the ordering system and commission calculation for the sellers for Oriflame. The number of sales agents was around 18k and the system should work for everything from very small-scale sales to large-scale sales. All IT operations of all systems at Oriflame and traditional support were also under my department responsibility. One of the larger assignments was to ensure all data transmission when Oriflame bought ACO from Apoteket.
