Bio
Thomas Bentley, CAP®
I had the pleasure of working with Jon this past year to bring Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mass Bay's program to Gordon College after he contacted us about expanding opportunities for kids to have positive adult mentors. Starting a new program on a campus is not easy but Jon’s superior leadership, interpersonal and communications skills paved the way for a successful long term program and partnership. Jon got dozens of students interested in mentoring by organizing and promoting information sessions and speaking passionately and publicly about the need for mentors. His ability to navigate Gordon’s administration and get things done was impressive. Jon's interpersonal and team building skills will translate very well as he begins his career and I am confident that he will continue to contribute to any institution he is a part of.
