I’ve spent months trying to think how best to summarise Jon as an individual without listing all the qualities he possesses - but I think I finally found it. Jon is the Icelandic Donald Glover; a natural entertainer that is far too talented at way too many things to be as nice a guy as he is!

Jon has an infectious energy that shines through! A huge supporter of enterprise development, Jon has mentored and supported the development of young entrepreneurs at Bournemouth University. He is keen to share his experiences and knowledge with the new generation to help them make the best of their future- that makes him an exceptional entrepreneur, all around wonderful human being! His depth of knowledge is evident from the focused feedback budding entrepreneurs have received in their interactions with him and he is future looking, goal driven and a joy to work with! Thank you for all your support to Bournemouth University's student entrepreneurship Jon!

The answers to better sales, better business and a better life all lie within asking better questions. Handled Account Management right from working on deals to managing client relationships. Extended support on activities concerned with recruitment, training and management of salespeople quota for EMEA and NALA. Notable Achievements: Successfully led a hardware sales team in the UK with a yearly target of $5 million, achieved the quota in the initial two quarters of working them before moving to the US halfway through in the third quarter with them. Successfully led a software and SaaS sales team in the US -Took over from a previous manager when the team was under 10% of their quarterly performance and about to lose the contract, to achieve the target in Q1. -The team achieved 114% performance in Q2 and mended the relationship to keep the project going strong for the stay duration in Miami. -Personally built a new program design and successfully pitched it to the client.
