Egbert Chad Cayanga, MBA
Jon was on my leadership team in LafargeHolcim from 2018-2019. I worked very closely with him and, over a period of 18 months, Jon demonstrated his expertise and attention to detail in the Record to Report process, provided detailed and timely feedback on operations, and executed all requirements for transitioning scope to multiple countries in a very short period of time. He is very knowledgeable in the building materials industry and has invaluable experience in both the business and the shared services space.
