  I served on summer staff leadership alongside 8 other exceptional college-age leaders in order to facilitate a Springhill Experience for thousands of high school students. Any given week, I partner with 4-10 counselors and activity staff and together we are responsible for a team of 20-50 high school students. I teach lessons, determine work schedules for the summer staff in my area, and help facilitate campfire and large group sessions. My primary ministry is with the summer staff.
